A Chennai workshop, not a sales office
Our unit is at Pattabiram in west Chennai. Everything is cut, welded and assembled there, then fitted by the same team. Call about an adjustment a year later and you are talking to the people who built it.
What Chennai conditions demand
Salt air. The closer to the coast, the harder rust works. For eastern and coastal frontages we usually recommend GI over MS. Inland, well-primed MS is fine and costs less.
Monsoon. Guide channels must be set properly and the bottom rail must sit true, or water tracks inside and rust starts at the bottom laths where you cannot see it. Basic work done properly — and where rushed installations fail.
Repairs anywhere in the city
Whoever supplied it. Spring re-tensioning, lath replacement, guide channel straightening, bearing changes, motor faults. If a repair is not worth the money on a worn-out shutter, we will say so rather than take the job.

Measurement within our service area is free. We check the opening, the lintel and the side clearance, then give you a written quote.
GI or MS in Chennai?
Near the coast, GI. The zinc coating resists salt-driven rust far better. Further inland, properly primed and painted MS is usually fine.
